I started making art soon after seeing authentic African artwork at the Smithsonian Museum of African Art. I was in total awe. Skye was inspired by my visit there. 
  • Syke is mounted on a painted 6"x 4"x 2" canvas. She weighs 1 lb.
  • Her face is formed with hand coiled wire, multiple  raku, and wood beads, matte green rocks, textured  and brown brown cloth.
  • Syke's face beams with emerald  green glaze and rust red brown lips.
