SHIPPING & RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY.

All orders will be processed and shipped within 2 - 3  business days after making your purchase.

Orders will be shipped using USPS, UPS or FEDEX standard shipping method. (Note: Shipping time frame may vary based on certain holidays.)   

I currently only ship in the United States and United Kingdom.

I do not ship to PO Boxes.

Please note that shipping rates for items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any item can be found in the description.  FREE SHIPPING IS OFFERED ON MOST ITEMS.

RETURNS

If you need to return an item, please contact Lester Jones at (901)-491-0897 with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. I will respond quickly with instructions on how to return item(s) from your order.


I want you to be 100% happy with your purchase from HERDEW and make any return as painless as possible.

Once your return is processed, I will issue a refund (less the original shipping charge if applicable) using your original form of payment.

If you're returning an item, you must process your return within 30 days of purchase.

If the merchandise is damaged as a result of shipping, please promptly notify me via email at lesterjones1@comcast.net or call (901) 491-0897 immediately.

For other reasons beside shipping, I reserve the right to refuse a refund if the item has any sign of damage or alterations.

I am not responsible for lost returns. Therefore, please hold on to your tracking receipts.

Want to make an exchange? Just return your original item and repurchase or select the new item you want online.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a track able shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
