I started making art soon after seeing authentic African artwork at the Smithsonian Museum of African Art. I was in total awe. Almonda was inspired by my visit there. 

Almonda has a dual-tone copper-golden hue. She measures 7"x5" and weighs 11 ozs. Seven handmade, raku-fired beads decorate her exterior. Additionally, she boasts over 10ft of coiled 16 gauge copper wire hair.
