My journey in artmaking began when I first encountered the captivating African artwork of the Smithsonian Museum of African Art.
This experience inspired me to create Alaska: a 9"x 12" painted canvas with over 40 feet of 16 gauge wire for hair and more than 50 raku beads. Alaska features a white crackle face with ruby red lips and is ready to hang!
