  • "I started making mask after seeing an authentic African Mask collection at the Smithsonian Museum of African Art. I was in total awe. Dillan was inspired by my visit there". Dillan is mounted on a painted 6"x 4"x 2" canvas. She weighs 15 ounces. Her face is formed with hand coiled wire, multiple raku, and wood beads, matte textured and brown cloth. I was in total awe. Diya was inspired by my visit there. Diya has over 30 feet of 16 gauge wire for hair and over 25 earthy raku beads. She has a two tone smoked and antique copper face and lips.
