I started making art soon after seeing authentic African artwork at the Smithsonian Museum of African Art. I was in total awe. Dallas was inspired by my visit there.
- Dallas is uniquely mounted on a painted 10"x 12" canvas. It weighs 2.4lbs.
- Her face is formed out of clay and raku fired.
- She has over 25 feet of hand coiled 16 gauge wire, over 100 hand formed raku beads, multiple wood beads, hand strung ruby red beads bounded by copper wire..
- Dallas face beams with honey matte mustard glazes and rust brown lips.
- She is ready to be hung!
