I was astounded after seeing the original African works at the Smithsonian Museum of African Art - so much so that I started to craft my own artistic pieces.
My work, Utah, is a 8"x 10" painted canvas, taking me around 4 hours to perfect her details like her hair adorned with 16-gauge wire and shimmering raku beads. She features a white crackle face with green eyes plus ruby red lips and is ready for hanging.
